People are being held to be used as spare parts for wounded soldiers. The work uses various elements familiar from science-fiction dystopias and converges into a short opera that matches the pulse of a precarious present. Director Olivier Tambosi has staged this premiere of the 7th Johann Joseph Fux Competition for Opera Composition\, which is awarded by the Province of Styria and features students of the University for Music and Performing Arts Graz. SUMMARY:Klang Stadl Festival --- Stand-Up Concert
DESCRIPTION:Mit 7 internationalen MusikerInnen um den Predlitzer Johannes Feuchter und den Hamburger Regisseur Martin Kreidt produziert der GRIESSNER STADL ein Musiktheater/Opern-Projekt das im Sommer 2021 zur Uraufführung kommen wird. Johannes Feuchter\, mit Diplomen von den Kunstunis Graz und Bern\, hat ein Ensemble von Virtuosinnen und Virtuosen der klassischen/neuen Musik und freien Interpretation zusammengestellt. Am 27. Juli präsentieren sich die Musikerinnen und Musiker und ihre Ideen zum Thema Musiktheater/Oper in einem Stand Up Konzert.\nDas (noch) titellose Projekt ist als 3jähriger Prozess gemeinsamen kreativen Handelns als Kollektiv und in der Gesellschaft (vor Ort in Stadl an der Mur) angelegt. Fest steht\, dass sich die Beteiligten die Zeit nehmen musiktheatralische Situationen\, Konstellationen und Materialien: Klänge\, Sprache\, Körper\, Raum\,……. auszuprobieren. Interessierte haben die Möglichkeit Einblick in die künstlerische Arbeit zu nehmen und sich am Prozess zu beteiligen. Offene Workshops für alle die Lust haben sich musikalisch zu beteiligen oder zuzuschauen/zuzuhören finden am 31.7. und 1.8. ab 19:00 Uhr bei freiem Eintritt statt.\nVon Anfang an theatralisch begleitet wird das Projekt vom Hamburger Regisseur Martin Kreidt. DESCRIPTION:In a Living Room ist ein Projekt\, in welchem ein Raum mit dem Publikum geteilt wird und dieses an neue künstlerische Erfahrungen heranführt. Alltagsgegenstände bekommen eine musikalische Bedeutung und traditionelle Instrumente lassen eine Wohnzimmeratmosphäre entstehen. \nDas in Österreich ansässige Duo „Noviga Projekto“ hat seine Wurzeln in Portugal und besteht aus einer Flötistin und einem Schlagwerker\, welche sich der Aufführung Zeitgenössischer Musik gewidmet haben.
