On 29 October last, Valencia was hit by a DANA that flooded a large part of the so-called region of l\u2019Horta Sud, causing innumerable material damages and fatalities. The need to do something about this climatic catastrophe has mobilised musicians belonging to various contemporary music initiatives in Graz who have come together to offer a benefit concert to raise funds for musical associations in the region.<\/div>\n
Musicians members of Between Feathers, Ensemble Coincidence, LAKT, Schallfeld Ensemble and Helena Sorokina will perform music by Kazu Fukushima, Kaija Saariaho, Salvatore Sciarrino, Petra Stump-Linshalm, Gundega \u0160mite, James Tenney und Jeeyoung Yoo.<\/div>\n
All donations from the concert will go to the\u00a0Federation of Musical Societies of the Valencia Region<\/a>\u00a0(FSMCV).<\/div>\n
