In collaboration with Opera NOW, Schallfeld will perform two world premieres by Jonatan Sersam and Jorge Gómez Elizondo.
BEYOND PLEASURE
A one-act monodrama for a solo actor with three musicians. The inspiration comes from Freud’s theory of the “death drive” described in his book Beyond the Pleasure Principle.
